We are seeking a skilled physician to join our hospital medicine program at Eagle Ridge Hospital. As a hospitalist, you will be responsible for managing patients as the Most Responsible Physician (MRP) and providing supportive care for surgical and specialty medical patients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in acute care hospital practice and be comfortable working independently with mostly off-site specialty support by phone. Our team is committed to collaborative, inter-professional, team-based care and values superior clinical and communication skills, exceptional bedside manner, and team management abilities.
Responsibilities include admissions, patient management, and discharge planning processes. The successful candidate will also participate in overnight coverage and contribute to a culture of continuous quality improvement.
This opportunity requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with community-based physicians and healthcare professionals.
Working Conditions- 7-day consecutive shifts
- Night coverage is mandatory but frequency proportional to weeks worked
