Job Title: Machinist

Join TURN O MATIC SCREW MACHINE PRO as a skilled Machinist to play a vital role in our manufacturing team. As a Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machine tools and equipment to produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain machine tools and equipment to produce high-quality products.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and charts to ensure accurate production.
  • Repair and maintain machine tools and parts to ensure optimal performance.
  • Set up and adjust production machinery and tools to meet production requirements.
  • Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance.
  • Maintain and calibrate precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances.
  • Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports.
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments.
  • Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools.
Work Environment:

As a Machinist at TURN O MATIC SCREW MACHINE PRO, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to perform repetitive tasks and maintain attention to detail to ensure high-quality products.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
