About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate to join our Wealth Management team at National Bank. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our wealth advisors in their business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective communication between clients, advisors, and collaborators
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, on the phone, and via email
  • Analyze client accounts to prepare for activities that support wealth advisors
  • Carry out transactions related to investment accounts
  • Open and update client files
  • Coordinate advisors' agendas, schedule appointments, and prepare client meetings
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules

National Bank Financial - Wealth Management is a leading investment brokerage firm in Canada, with close to 1,000 investment advisors managing the assets of over 400,000 clients across 100 branches. As an Associate, you will work closely with a wealth advisor to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Requirements
  • College diploma in a related field
  • At least one year of relevant experience in a related field such as banking operations, customer service, or administration
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Organizational and priority management skills
