Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Drummond Lodge. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Trash and Recycling: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Windows and Walls: Wash windows, walls and ceilings.
Work Environment

As a Housekeeping Attendant at Drummond Lodge, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
  • Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, reliability, team player, honesty.
