Job Title: Home Support Worker

Luisa is seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Encourage clients to engage in regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain their physical and mental well-being.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social outings, providing emotional support and companionship.
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Work Environment:

Luisa's home-based work environment is non-smoking and offers optional accommodation at no charge on a live-in basis. Relocation costs are covered by the employer.
