About the Role

The Retail Store Leadership and Operations Manager is a key position at Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween that oversees the daily operations of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills to develop and manage staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and maintain high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of retail professionals to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage store inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock.
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 18 years old.
  • Prior retail and/or management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
