Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement farm safety and bio-security procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Manage financial and production records to optimize farm performance and efficiency.

- Maintain quality control and production records to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee growing and other crop-related operations to maximize yields and minimize waste.
- Manage work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
