Globyz Pharma is a leading provider of clinical trial comparators sourcing and supply, with expertise in clinical trials logistics, storage, packaging, and distribution. We are fully licensed for the storage and distribution of prescription medications, including controlled drugs, and have an extensive global network of manufacturers and suppliers.
Job SummaryThe Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating both Air Import and Export shipments, including documentation, logistics coordination, cargo tracking, shipment monitoring, and quotations. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as attention to detail and knowledge of international commerce.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare import/export shipment documentation, including Air Waybills, and arrange for delivery when required.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery orders with trucking companies, airlines, and/or bonded facilities to process shipments efficiently.
- Advise clients on transportation and payment methods, including the issuance of freight bills and invoices.
- Adhere to air cargo security provisions, including the Air Cargo Security Program and the Partners in Protection program.
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in freight forwarding or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of international commerce.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime as necessary.
