We are looking for a talented and innovative Creative Director to join our passionate team and take the creative vision of Ethereal to new heights. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all creative elements of the brand, from content creation to event design, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the essence of our mission: healing, transformation and community connection.

Your role will involve leading all social media platforms, email marketing campaigns and digital content creation, developing engaging and impactful content that resonates with our community and drives growth. You will plan and execute an annual calendar of creative projects, seasonal campaigns and events, highlighting unique opportunities for collaboration and brand expansion.

You will also oversee the development of a comprehensive brand strategy, including content calendars, social media plans and email marketing campaigns. Your expertise in design software, video editing tools and content management platforms will be essential in creating high-quality, polished content for social media, email campaigns and promotional materials.

We seek a visionary leader who is in tune with emerging trends, familiar with editing programs and has a strong understanding of how to create compelling content that resonates with our audience. Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a proven track record in content creation, social media management, event coordination and branding.
  • Skills: Expertise in design software, video editing tools and content management platforms.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a team while driving initiatives independently.
