Job Description:
MEDA Engineering and Technical Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Battery Pack Test Engineer to support our client in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of battery packs through thorough testing and analysis.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Conducting comprehensive testing of battery packs using various test equipment and software
• Analyzing test data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements
• Maintaining accurate records of testing activities and results
• Providing training and support to team members on test procedures and equipment operation

**Requirements:**
• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in battery pack testing and quality assurance
• Practical skills in common laboratory tools and instruments
• Experience with setting up, maintaining, and monitoring tests according to test procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Preferred Qualifications:**
• Master of Science degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Experience with AVL PUMA or similar battery test systems
• Knowledge of lithium-ion batteries, battery performance, and battery testing
• Proficiency with data processing using MATLAB or Python

• Pension eligibility, with employer match, after 1 full year of work (open enrollment every October)
