Our Pilots

Our pilots receive:

  • Per diems for their days worked
  • 12 guaranteed days off a month
  • 78 credit minimum monthly guarantee with overtime over 90 credits
  • 2-5 weeks of vacation annually based on seniority
  • 11 Holiday Block vacation days per year
  • Annual shoe allowance
  • Headset allowance
  • Jump seat agreements
  • Relocation expenses as per the CBA
Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, candidates must:

  • Hold a valid Transport Canada Commercial Pilots License
  • Hold a valid Transport Canada Group 1 Instrument Rating
  • Hold a valid Transport Canada Multi Engine rating
  • Hold a valid Transport Canada Class 1 Medical
  • Have one of the following: valid ATPL; SAMRA & SARON; or IATRA written and passed in the past two years
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
  • Hold a current passport at time of hire
  • Be able to travel without restrictions to the United States
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a C-1/D transit/crewmember visa
  • Be legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Have completed a high school diploma
  • Meet Transport Canada English proficiency standard (level 4)
Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following qualifications will be given preference:

  • Canadian ATPL
  • Two crew multi-engine turbine experience
