Job Title: UI/UX Design Instructor

We are seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and creative UI/UX Design Instructor to facilitate the delivery of quality education for our UI/UX Design Diploma program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging classroom learning experiences using various teaching strategies to facilitate adult learners in achieving learning objectives.
  • Motivate students to learn and maximize their potential.
  • Develop different classroom strategies to ensure knowledge and skills acquisition and retention.
  • Evaluate students' performance through various academic assessments.
  • Prepare academic reports, including grading sheets, attendance, academic exercises, and assessments.
  • Prepare and update course syllabi and content as needed.
  • Create lesson plans and course schedules.
  • Participate in developing and updating curriculum, manuals, and guides as requested by the Coordinator and Academic Lead.
Requirements:
  • A degree, diploma, certificate, or professional designation in UI/UX Design and related fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years of work-related experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of instructional experience or a training certificate in adult education.
  • Deep understanding of network and computer security.
  • Proficiency in technical skills necessary to train students to become successful Cybersecurity Specialists.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong organizational, research, and accuracy skills.
  • Sharp listening skills and critical thinking.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.
  • Sensitivity and ability to successfully interact with diverse populations.
  • Commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work.
Work Details:

Job Type: Part-time

Expected Hours: 20 per week

Schedule: Evening Shift (PM), Monday-Friday (5:30PM- 9:30PM MST)

Work Location: Remote
