The Position: We are looking for talented individuals to join our team as Skin Care Coaches at our Suter Brook location.

Skin Care Coaches will provide exceptional customer service, coaching guests into personalized skin care training programs and supporting our estheticians throughout the day. With one of the best training programs around, no prior skin care experience is required. You'll have the opportunity to connect with regular guests and build relationships with new ones, making a lasting impression as their first point of contact.

You'll work collaboratively with your managers and trainers to set personal goals and take on additional responsibilities within the company. If you're passionate about skin care and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, this role may be ideal for you.

We're seeking skilled professionals who possess:

  • Energetic and enthusiastic personalities with a passion for skin care.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet.

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
