Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales targets. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets, through effective sales techniques and product recommendations.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner, ability to read and operate a computer, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.
Compensation

Associates start at local minimum wage with up to 10% more based on experience. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
