Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Counter Sales Representative to join our team at Kal Tire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Create a welcoming atmosphere, handle customer inquiries, and provide quotes and process transactions.
  • Sales and Marketing: Excel in sales, use strong communication skills for customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, adhere to company policies and procedures, and contribute to a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements

  • Physical Stamina: Comfortable lifting 30 to 50 lbs.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred.
  • Upbeat Outlook: Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
