In this position, you will oversee the daily activities of workers, providing technical guidance and advice to improve productivity and product quality. You will also be responsible for training new hires in duties and policies, conducting performance reviews, and requisitioning materials as needed.

Beyond your core responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in establishing work schedules and procedures that maximize efficiency. Your ability to perform tasks at the same level as those supervised will ensure seamless integration with our existing team structure.
