Heating and Air Conditioning Technician Assistant

Drive Mechanical Ltd. is seeking a skilled Heating and Air Conditioning Mechanic Helper to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will assist our experienced technicians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:- Assist technicians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems.
- Move tools, equipment, and other materials as needed.
- Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public.
- Help tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed.
- Clean machines and immediate work areas.
- Physically demanding work environment.
- Bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads.
- Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
- Will train.
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
