Electromechanical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Engineer to join our team at Breathe BioMedical. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in the design, testing, and calibration of our medical devices.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Conduct thorough research and analysis to design and develop new electromechanical systems, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and safety.
  • Testing and Calibration: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the performance of our medical devices, including breath samplers and spectrometers.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our equipment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology or Electronics Engineering Technology from an accredited post-secondary institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in design and production environments, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems, ability to interpret manufacturing drawings, and excellent problem-solving skills.
