Ski Instructor

Blue Mountain Resort is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ski Instructor to join our team.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.25 with opportunities for pay increases based on ski level achieved.

As a Ski Instructor at Blue Mountain Resort, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to guests in a professional and well-organized manner. Your role will involve ensuring that lesson content is current and up-to-date, and that you provide a positive and engaging experience for all participants.

• Deliver quality lessons to guests of various skill levels.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication skills.
• Collaborate with the Supervisor to greet guests and ensure a smooth lesson experience.

You will also be responsible for adhering to the resort's Health and Safety policies, both in and out of lesson situations.

To be successful as a Ski Instructor, you must hold a minimum Level 1 C.S.I.A. certification or completion of a Ski certification from another recognized organization. Previous instructing experience is an asset, and you should be comfortable working with small children. You must also be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
