About the Role

Ridgeline Masonry Inc. is seeking a skilled Masonry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of masonry work on our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Lay Masonry Units: Construct and install prefabricated masonry units, including bricks, concrete blocks, and structural tiles.
  • Read and Interpret Blueprints: Calculate materials required for each project and ensure accurate execution of plans.
  • Work at Heights: Safely work on scaffolding or swing stages to complete tasks.
  • Cut and Trim Masonry Materials: Use hand and power tools to cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification.
  • Restore and Maintain Existing Structures: Clean, paint, or restore existing masonry structures to their original condition.
  • Apply Waterproof Coatings: Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Physically Demanding: The role requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and performing tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling.
