We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Clerk to join our Supply Chain Team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining supply chain data in our systems. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that our inventory levels are up-to-date and meet projected sales demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory transfers and collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Enter and update data related to inventory levels, purchase orders, shipment details, and supplier information into our supply chain management system.
  • Maintain product information in the system and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate with a college diploma or related certificate preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of spreadsheet programs and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong data mining and analysis skills.
  • Fluent in English written and verbal.
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
