**Job Summary**

LaSalle College is seeking a highly qualified Academic Instructor to join our team of educators in the Natural Sciences department. As a Professor of Natural Sciences, you will be responsible for teaching courses to students, developing curriculum, and assessing student performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective lectures to students;
  • Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of students and the college;
  • Assess student performance through various methods, including exams, assignments, and projects;
  • Provide feedback to students on their performance and progress;
  • Stay current with developments in the field of Natural Sciences and incorporate new knowledge into teaching practices;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement departmental goals and objectives;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field of Natural Sciences;
  • Teaching experience in a post-secondary setting;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Proficiency in the use of educational technology.
