At Pomerleau, Inc., we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Building Operations team. As a key member of our projects team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale building and infrastructure projects, working closely with client groups and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience in project management in the ICI construction industry, with a proven track record of leading successful projects from inception to completion. You will be required to obtain a Government of Canada Secret Level Clearance and hold a University Degree/Technology Diploma in Engineering or a combination of education and industry experience.
We value exceptional leadership, organizational prowess, and influential abilities. The successful candidate will be adept at problem-solving, ensuring project success amidst diverse challenges. Strong knowledge of construction and project methodologies, financial management, and building codes is essential. A champion and role model for quality and health and safety best practices is also a must.
