Job Description

GALAXIE SIGNS LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Business Analyst to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Requirements Specialist who can work with clients to identify their needs and document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions to meet client needs.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware and develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide ongoing support to clients.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Tight deadlines and attention to detail.
