Heavy-Duty Vehicle Technician

Manpower Services Canada Limit is looking for a proficient Heavy-Duty Vehicle Technician to become a vital part of our workforce. The successful applicant will possess a Registered Apprenticeship certificate along with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the industry. As a Heavy-Duty Vehicle Technician, your duties will encompass the adjustment, repair, or replacement of parts and components within commercial transport truck systems, automotive systems, and truck-trailer systems. You will also be tasked with inspecting and testing mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions, estimating parts and labor costs, and executing scheduled maintenance services. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor apprentices, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold the safety and security of all operations performed.

Qualifications:
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate
  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience
  • Truck and Transport Mechanic Red Seal Endorsement
