Job Summary

Binaka Auto Sales & Repairs Ltd. is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and repair work on a variety of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair complex problems with automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers, explaining repair work, and ensuring their vehicles are returned in excellent condition.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians and service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and company standards.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance
  • Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
