Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Labour Relations is a key role within our organization, responsible for providing strategic guidance on labour relations and collective bargaining. This position requires a strong understanding of labour laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Foster and develop effective labour relations strategies with our client base
  • Lead and coach labour relations professionals to improve capability and drive best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish process standards and drive efficiency
  • Provide expert advice on grievance management and alternative dispute resolution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with union representatives and management
  • Use data analytics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in labour relations
  • Experience in managing direct reports and leading teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations, Industrial Relations, or related field
  • CHRP designation or equivalent
