About the Role

This Part-Time position will have you working as part of our Home Health Services London regional team, providing care in home-based settings and schools across Sarnia and Lambton County. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessment, implementation, and evaluation of occupational therapy interventions, ensuring person-centered care that meets the unique needs of each client.

You will be leveraging cutting-edge digital health platforms to support seamless care delivery, collaboration, and documentation. Our flexible caseloads and schedules allow you to maintain a healthy work-life balance, while our supportive onboarding program, peer-to-peer support, mentorship, and ongoing learning opportunities ensure your continued growth and development.
