The Opportunity

WSP is seeking an experienced Conveyance Engineer/Project Manager to lead the design and project management of complex water and wastewater projects in our Municipal Engineering department, based in Edmonton.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and manage conveyance systems, including water and wastewater infrastructure
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing risks
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project success
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management and engineering, with a focus on conveyance systems
  • Strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater infrastructure, including design, construction, and operation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
