The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Concierge to join our team. This is a critical role that impacts the lives of our residents and guests. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, respond to resident inquiries, and perform various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to resident inquiries in a diplomatic manner and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Promoting excellent customer service in all interactions with visitors, families, residents, and staff members
  • Greeting visitors, ensuring their needs are met, and conducting tours according to company policies and procedures
  • Providing clerical and computer support to managers as required
  • Completing records related to cash transactions, meal vouchers, and tickets
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Completion of grade 12 education
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and proven customer service skills through related work experience
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check (applicable to Ontario applicants)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional courses in office administration

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement savings plan.
