About the Role:

As a Marketing Associate, you'll report to the Aesthetic Marketing Manager and be responsible for managing brand assets and executing marketing initiatives, including events. You'll work closely with Marketing and Sales Directors and internal teams, requiring high organization and attention to detail.

This is a temporary full-time, 14-month contract with potential for extension.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing campaigns using HubSpot, Microsoft, and Adobe platforms.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Manage product materials on SharePoint and customer portals, ensuring timely updates.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Sales Director to execute quarterly marketing plans.
  • Support event planning and logistics for workshops and promotional events.
  • Analyze project performance and provide insights on ROI.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing or Business-related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and strong decision-making skills.
