Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise applications solutions, tools, and technology.
  • Support the Manager of Core Technology Services in the enhancement, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud Services and PeopleSoft 9.
  • Perform complex solution design and programming tasks, lead development and integration initiatives, and provide expert technical advice to functional staff and external resources.
  • Ensure adherence to application, data, and integration development methodologies and standards while ensuring the best possible performance and quality.
  • Provide advanced product, technology, and technical expertise in the delivery of maintenance, upgrades, and new development projects.
Requirements
  • Five or more years of strong and demonstrated technical experience in configuring, developing, integrating, implementing, and supporting large-scale and complex enterprise-level technologies such as Oracle PeopleSoft or equivalent.
  • Strong technical qualifications in implementing and/or supporting enterprise resource planning systems and/or student information systems.
  • Experience with multiple programming languages such as C# and PHP is an asset.
  • Oracle PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.58 (or higher) and associated developer tools and technology including PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Messaging, Integration Broker, Web Services, and Security Administration.
  • Structured Query Language (SQL) syntax for relational database management.
