Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Turf Care Technician to join our team. As a Turf Care Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the golf course and resort grounds to the highest standards, ensuring a world-class experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate ride-on mowers, utility vehicles, and other small engine equipment to prepare the golf course and resort grounds.
  • Maintain bunkers, raking and shoveling sand, trimming bunker faces.
  • Set the course for play, removing debris, divot tees, and repairing ball marks.
  • Maintain fuel and fluid levels for all equipment daily, reporting any issues to the equipment manager.
  • Record daily activities using our electronic job board program.
  • Ensure quality and attention to detail in all work performed.
Requirements
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • No experience necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Lift up to 50lbs occasionally, 30lbs frequently, and 20lbs constantly.
  • Capable of operating machinery and equipment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Demonstrate professional radio etiquette.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment within your department.
  • Follow all Health and Safety procedures.
