Surface Land Administrator – Calgary, AB

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Surface Land Administrator to join our team at Scott Land & Lease in Calgary, AB.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and manage land acquisition documents, including rights-of-way, damage settlements, rental reviews, and lease amendments.
- Coordinate with clients, landowners, regulatory officials, and project managers to ensure effective communication and project progress.
- Identify land requirements and potential risks on projects, and mitigate or escalate risk as necessary.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring accuracy and effective communication of project status.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, landowners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Working knowledge of surface land procedures, relevant land legislation, and regulations.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with strong Excel skills and ability to integrate new software into daily workflows.
- Experience in a billable time environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
