About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Counter/Inside Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offering personalized customer service at our counter and over the phone
  • Responding to customer inquiries and processing orders in a timely manner
  • Sourcing products for customers when not in stock
  • Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up
  • Handling returns and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Keeping the sales area clean and organized
  • Merchandising and showcasing products to attract new customers
Requirements
  • Minimum grade 12 education
  • Minimum of two years sales experience (counter sales, inside sales or outside sales)
  • Post-Secondary courses in Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical (an asset)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
