Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to ensure a spotless environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures with precision
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture with care
  • Make beds and change sheets with attention to detail
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries with a smile
  • Stock linen closets with ease
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances with thoroughness
  • Clean and disinfect elevators with precision
  • Handle and report lost and found items promptly
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items with courtesy
  • Provide basic information on facilities with confidence
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers efficiently
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties with flexibility
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings with thoroughness
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns with empathy
Requirements
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with fast-paced environments and tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and physically demanding tasks
