We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at 2239126 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
- Prepare and package take-out food, as well as replenish condiments and supplies in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Stock refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas with food and supplies, and receive and unpack deliveries.
- Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
- Participate in cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including appliances, equipment, and storage areas.
- Handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Will to learn and train in the role.
This is a permanent, full-time position with 40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
