Job Summary

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of supplies and materials between departments, arranging for maintenance and repair work, and coordinating traffic flow of supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet business needs
  • Coordinate traffic flow of supplies to minimize delays and optimize efficiency
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Keep track of shipments and ensure timely delivery
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
