Job Summary

The Service Technician will be responsible for performing filter-related service work, including installations, change-outs, rebuilding filter banks, cleaning systems, and any other maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general labor duties as needed
  • Work within all established safety guidelines to ensure safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Provide world-class customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Clean fan coil units, air handling units, and other equipment
  • Change filters and rebuild filter banks as required
  • Clean air ducts and other systems
  • Maintain vehicle service schedule as needed to ensure vehicles are clean and organized at all times
  • Identify sources of defects and apply filtration solutions
  • Protect and grow the value of our business at assigned accounts
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures, cramped spaces, and environments with extreme noise and dust
  • Valid driver's license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage
Preferred Skills

Prior experience in filter maintenance and repair, as well as HVAC system maintenance, is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills are also essential.
