Job Title: Housekeeping Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Farah Mutasher. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of clients' homes, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture.
  • Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, and mend clothing and linens as needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, shop for food and household supplies, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers, and address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to work with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of initiative and ability to prioritize tasks.
