Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Clean Perfect Services Inc. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify and address any cleaning or maintenance issues.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties to a high standard.
  • Coordinate contract services with external vendors to ensure that all cleaning and maintenance needs are met.
  • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and staff performance.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
