Job Title: Multidisciplinary Graphic Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Multidisciplinary Graphic Designer to join our team at Ontario Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, illustration, and visual communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations
  • Assist in developing storyboards for electronic productions
  • Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations
  • Work in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Co-ordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual or electronic materials
  • Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of communications materials
  • Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication
  • Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives
  • Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers

Area of Specialization: User experience design

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Support for Persons with Disabilities: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities

Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees

Support for Youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth

Support for Veterans: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans

Support for Indigenous People: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers

Support for Mature Workers: Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers

Support for Visible Minorities: Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities
