Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Simish Inc. As a key member of our spa operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them with professionalism and poise.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor quality and production levels to maintain the highest standards.
  • Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items to ensure they are handled with care.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the spa.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.

Work Environment:

  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Experience:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a spa or related field.
  • Permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Language of work: English.
