About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Construction Materials Sales Representative to join our team at Modern Aluminum & Vinyl Products Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and operations teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and decisions
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials industry
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
