Job Summary

The Property Administrator will be responsible for negotiating and approving rental or lease agreements, ensuring terms are met, and coordinating implementation of repairs and maintenance. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners
  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met and progress is monitored
  • Coordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
  • Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
