We believe in clinician engagement, quality, patient safety, and innovation, which are crucial pillars to our mission. Our mental health programs are designed to provide support and guidance to individuals on their path to wellness.

The Opportunity:

Our Mental Health Navigator program connects members with appropriate resources, diagnosis, and treatment plans. • Develop detailed medical/treatment recommendations in a high-quality report.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to federal, provincial, and territorial health information privacy laws.

Requirements:

  • Active Canadian MD license in good standing with the Quebec medical regulatory body.
  • Board certification in Psychiatry by RCPSC or CMQ, mandatory.
  • Five years of experience required, including residency.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records and computer-based applications.
  • Experience working in telehealth/telemedicine preferred.
  • Ability to produce detailed, high-quality assessment and treatment reports.
  • Strong clinical performance history.
  • Bilingual: French/English is required (basic English).

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
  • Flexible practice options: work from home, creating your own schedule in advance, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to expand your care coverage across Canada.
  • Simple payment, with no overhead and invoicing required.
