Job Title: Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Equilibrium Therapeutics Inc.

About the Role

This is a permanent position working 36 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities, planning physiotherapy programs, and selecting appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Plan and implement physiotherapy programs to improve patients' mobility and function
  • Select and use appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations to achieve treatment goals
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical and progress reports
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Teach and supervise patients in exercises and activities to promote independence and mobility
  • Administer evaluative tests and procedures to monitor patient progress
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
  • Criminal record check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
