Job Summary: The Government of Canada - Western is seeking a Senior Executive to lead the manufacturing operations team. This role is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of organizational policies, programs, and finances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage departments, staff, and resources to achieve company objectives.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls.
  • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel overnight and internationally.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Work Setting: Manufacturing or production environment.

Budget: $1,500,001 - $4,000,000 budget responsibility.
