About Your Role

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing maintenance work on aircraft and signing maintenance releases. To be successful in this role, you must hold a Transport Canada AME license, M2 rating, and have demonstrated knowledge of an Approved Maintenance Organization's Quality Program.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including reporting any un-airworthy conditions discovered;
  • Utilize certified/calibrated standard measuring and test equipment;
  • Maintain a clean work area;
  • Assume responsibility for your work through signature/stamp;
  • Perform duties such as repair, modification, and maintenance of aircraft in accordance with approved procedures;
  • Familiarize yourself with the Maintenance Policy Manual (MPM) and related processes;
  • Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety regulations at all times;
  • Ability to travel on board aircraft to service and carry out repairs worldwide;
  • Complete all assigned training and tasks on time;
  • Participate in the Safety Management System Program Committee on Aircraft, if requested.
Requirements
  • Hold an AME M2 license;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

We estimate that this position has a salary range of approximately $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a chance to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.
