As a Regional Controller, you will play a critical role in supporting our business objectives and driving financial performance.

Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional to join our team as a Regional Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations across multiple Canadian locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing financial guidance and support to our teams.
  • Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts.
  • Leading financial planning and analysis initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • An accounting designation (CA, CMA, CGA).
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in the industrial or commercial sector.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex data.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A strong understanding of project-based accounting and analytics.
